I’m huge on independence, but 1-on-1 coaching is awesome because I can give you whatever support you need to get started. We get to build your plan together in a way that makes sense and is sustainable for you and your schedule. Having a coach shouldn’t add more stress to your plate, it should remove it! You then don’t have to do the mental gymnastics of figuring out exactly how to proceed, as I’ll be doing it for you.
