Through a user-friendly app interface, you'll have direct access to your customized exercise regimen, complete with detailed instructions and video demonstrations. The interactive platform allows for seamless communication, enabling you to ask questions, leave comments, and even submit videos for form feedback. This allows me to give you the level of support that you need.
Who is coaching for?
There are many reasons a lifting coach can be helpful:
You already lift, but either would like to take the guesswork out of programming, or have someone else take a look at your routine for blind spots
You want to get started with lifting but don’t really know where to start or are worried you’ll hurt yourself
You want to improve your performance in your sport/activity (e.g. you’re a hiker/runner/cyclist that doesn’t train legs!)
You keep getting injured in the gym and would like some guidance for continuing to lift and reduce your chance of injures
You want to learn more about how to write your own workouts
You want to avoid muscle atrophy later on so you can take care of yourself as you age
You hate lifting but you know you’re supposed to do it, so you want help figuring out the bare minimum to give you the most bang for your buck
You just want to be strong so you can fight bears in the forest
